Map every stakeholder in your biggest deals with AI
Every sales leader wants to know who’s really involved in their biggest deals and where each person stands.
In this on-demand demo, see how our pre-sales team used MCP to build a Complete Influence map in Salesforce from account context, then report on which accounts need more multithreading.
How it works
Start with any context
Give Claude what you already know about the account, like call transcripts, account plans, or spreadsheets, so it can work out who rolls up to whom. In the demo, it’s a written brief.
Review a preview
Claude builds a preview of the relationship map, so roles, relationships, and influence levels can be checked before anything is created.
Create it in Salesforce
Once the preview looks right, Claude creates the map in Salesforce through MCP. Every person on it is stored as Salesforce data tied to the account record.
Report on it
Because the map is data, you can build reports and dashboards, like a view of top accounts with only two or three stakeholders mapped. That shows you where deals need more multithreading.
Frequently asked questions
-
Can AI build a relationship map in Salesforce?
-
Yes. In this demo, our pre-sales team uses Claude to build the map from a written brief, review a preview, then create it in Salesforce through MCP with Complete Influence. Maps can also be built from other context, like call transcripts, account plans, or spreadsheets.
-
How is a Complete Influence map different from an org chart image?
-
It’s data, not a picture. Every stakeholder on the map is stored as Salesforce data on the account, so reps can update it, you can report on it, and AI tools can work with it.
-
Where does the relationship map live?
-
In Salesforce. Complete Influence is 100% native to Salesforce, and you can build maps at the account or opportunity level.
