A story of growth

Today, we are proud to announce that we have secured a Series A round of funding led by Vancouver’s Pender Ventures and San Francisco-based Thomvest Ventures.

We started building products in 2014 as a part of Salesforce-acquired, Traction on Demand. Being experts in Salesforce, we saw that our customers kept coming back to the same data challenges. We saw the problems they faced and built our solutions around what they needed to grow and scale faster.

A few years later, we dedicated more people to these solutions and focused on them more. In 2018, we formalized as a subsidiary of Traction on Demand; and in 2022, we left the Traction umbrella to write our own story.

The future of data

Whether it’s for startups or enterprise organizations, we believe in the power of accurate and insightful data. Data will help you chart a path forward and can help teams act faster and with more confidence. But without quality and visibility in your Salesforce org, that path is in the dark.

Where we started and where we’re going

Traction Complete is driven to help people manage their data complexity. We’re built from over a decade of consulting experience and understanding the needs and wants of customers on the Salesforce platform. We help you clean, organize and automate workflows in your business to power your revenue operations teams and streamline your business processes so business leaders can focus on growth.

Complete Hierarchies is the first automated account hierarchies solution for Salesforce; Complete Leads is a powerful and flexible automated routing, lead assignment, and matching tool. And most recently, we launched Complete Clean, a data cleansing tool that manages duplicate data in Salesforce.
