From onboarding through post-implementation, we’re here for you—just an email away.

Onboarding & success planning

First, you’ll meet your Salesforce-certified Customer Success Manager and Account Manager. You’ll get to know our team and together define goals, milestones, and timelines for implementation.

What will success look like?

Depending on which products you are using and your business goals, we’ll decide together which metrics of success make sense to focus on.

How long will the implementation process take?

Our implementation timeline varies based on your availability, documentation, and the quality of your data.

We provide estimates of 2-4 weeks for Complete Hierarchies, 4-6 weeks for Complete Leads, 1-2 weeks for Complete Clean, and 3-5 days for Complete Influence.

Who should attend the onboarding call?

We recommend you bring your Salesforce Administrator and members of your team who can answer questions about your current business processes and make decisions about how those processes will change.

Installation & configuration

Your Customer Success Manager will help you install and configure the products to suit your needs and requirements, offering guidance and best practices throughout the process.

Will my Customer Success Manager help me configure Traction Complete?

Yes. We believe in partnering with our clients, taking time to understand your unique business, and equipping you with the product knowledge you need to configure, test, and maintain Traction Complete yourself.

What if I want my Customer Success Manager to configure Traction Complete for me?

Our standard customer success plan (which is included with every purchase) is designed to train you to configure, test, and maintain Traction Complete’s suite of products yourself.

If you’re limited on capacity or resources and need assistance with configuration, building out a new solution, or maintaining Traction Complete on your behalf, ask us about our Enterprise Customer Success add-on.

Do you provide documentation and knowledge articles?

Testing & go live

Before the final sign-off, we’ll guide you through the UAT testing process. This is your opportunity to check if everything is working as you expect.

What happens if we find a problem during testing?

Your Customer Success Manager will provide you with recommendations on how you can resolve the problem and achieve the results you’re looking for.

What if I have a question after going live?

Your Customer Success Manager is an email away! Send us your questions and we’ll be happy to help.

Initial & ongoing team training

During this step you’ll receive tailored, enablement sessions focused on the unique needs of your teams from your Account Manager.

How do we schedule these training sessions?

Your Account Manager will coordinate with you for sessions at convenient times.

Can we request specific topics for training sessions?

Definitely! We welcome suggestions and can tailor sessions to focus on areas that are most relevant to your team.

Regular feedback & adaptation

Your opinion is important to us. By checking in at three, six, and twelve months, we’ll make sure our products evolve with your needs and continues to deliver value.

What happens during the check-in sessions?

During these sessions, we’ll discuss your experience with Traction Complete, gather your feedback, and talk about any adjustments to your goals or additional support you might need. We’ll also share our product roadmap and gather your feedback so we can continue building features that are valuable to you.

Is there a process for requesting new features?

If your Customer Success Manager manager can’t find a solution to your challenge, we’ll bring it to our product team for evaluation and consider how it can benefit our broader user base while addressing your specific needs.

Within the past year, we’ve launched a new product and added 40+ features to our suite, all driven by customer input.

How can I find out about new features?

We have a release newsletter that will keep you in the loop about new features and include instructions on how to get started with them so you’re always up to date.
