We began as the #1 consulting agency for Salesforce. After 1.4 million hours of insights gained from customer conversations, we realized a solution without tech debt was needed. So we started building SaaS solutions without compromise to take you further in Salesforce.

2007 Traction on Demand is founded Parent company, Traction on Demand, is founded as a Salesforce-exclusive consultancy.
2014 Complete Hierarchies launches Our flagship product launches on the AppExchange to automate hierarchy building in Salesforce.
2015 Complete Leads launches Our second product launches on the AppExchange to provide the most flexible matching and routing solution.
2016 Traction Complete founded We’re created as a subsidiary of Traction on Demand and begin building products.
2019 Traction Complete becomes its own entity Traction Complete spins out as its own entity to help businesses simplify data management.
2022 Traction on Demand acquired Parent company, Traction on Demand, is acquired by Salesforce in April.
2022 Complete Clean launches Our third product hits the AppExchange in August to help RevOps teams detect and remove duplicates.
2023 Complete Influence launches Our newest product launches on the AppExchange to help sales close more deals by talking to the right people.

David Nelson is the CEO of Traction Complete. Before founding the company, he was the Director of Product Management at Traction on Demand, the world’s largest solely dedicated Salesforce consulting company that was recently acquired by Salesforce. He previously founded his own company after working as product manager at Blackboard.

Ernesto Valdes is the Chief Technology Officer at Traction Complete. His expertise includes Salesforce, machine learning, and development. Before becoming CTO, he was Traction Complete’s VP of Engineering, as well as Technical Development Lead at Traction on Demand.
